An entry task is like a warm-up. Evidently, Mrs. Love uses a daily “entry task” to help focus her 8th grade students on learning. Here is her Xtranormal movie of a frustrated teacher who is trying to get a student to begin the 5-minute “entry task” in a 50 min. period.

Mrs. Love teaches in a pubic school and has over 100 8th grade students. She is a very conscientious Language Arts teacher; most of her students are not interested in learning.

I guess Mrs. Love’s clever movie would be even funnier if it were not so true. I’ve certainly been there.
